Excellent Read! HighSchool Romance was EVERYTHING! The blurb had drawned me from the beginning. 'Forever and Never' was written onpoint with the drama of young teenagers. Daphne and Lars were not in the same circle.. Daphne seemed to know everything .. with Lars, a simple boy who know how to slay the heart..I loved on how the story for being its truthful. The story was written with no rush. 'Forever and Never' made it real with the stages of falling inlove. I have felt giddy giggle and burst out emotions. Who doesnt feel this way? Lars and Daphne love were stubborn, consuming and reckless. Young love will drive you crazy and so is this :) It was very emotional with the twist and tangle.READING PROGRESS

I couldn’t put it down, I had to keep going, I had to know what was going to happen next. We first met Daphne and Lars in ‘Kiss and Break Up’, from the moment they were introduced to us there, I was intrigued at how or if their story would play out. From the very beginning I was drawn in, and I fell in love with Daphne and Lars’ story. Two characters that face insurmountable odds and who have to figure out if in the end their love is worth the work that has to be put in, I don’t know that any other author could have wrote a better story than Ella. The darkness, as well as the light parts of this book were so delicately written. Written in a way that while you may have been ticked at what was happening, you were able to understand why.This book tore me apart but then put me back together again. I cried real tears at some points and laughed out loud at others. For me, this book isn’t just a book, it is an entire journey. The highs and the lows that these characters went through and the emotions that they dealt with were all so real. As I read through this book, every emotion the characters felt, I truly felt like I could feel them too. The chemistry that Ella created between Daphne and Lars was, at times, too much for me to handle! I am absolutely in awe of this book, and in awe of Ella. She wrote a book that evokes so much emotion, and I for one LOVE that in a book. Any book that can make me feel the things that Ella made me feel in ‘Forever and Never’ is a book that I will recommend to everybody! Hands down one of the best books I’ve read in 2019! I can’t wait for more from her!!
Definitely in the top reads of 2019I am at the point where there are not enough words to describe how much I love this author. I have been here since the very beginning and have read everything that she has ever written. Normally, I would say how she has grown from book one until now. Except, I would be lying because this author from the very first book has been in a league all her own. This book just showcased that. The stylistic choices she uses to make a sentence more than just words strung together and instead turns them into something that if I can close my eyes and have them become tangible images or feelings is mind-boggling. Truly sublime bliss.In typical fashion, there is angst galore. Yet, there is also a sense of growth and introspection in the characters. The first book in this series seemed to have so much focus about high school which made it YA/NA and even though this book started in High School it definitely felt "older" I enjoyed watching these characters as they struggled to find their own identities as well as make heads or tails of this forever type of love. Lars and Daphne did not have an easy ride by any stretch of the imagination but that was part of the beauty of their journey. I felt every emotion that they felt, both good and bad, which speaks volumes of how amazing this author is. There is no sugar coating of things. Whether it is with words spoken or actions> And goodness knows there were a lot of actions that were pretty shocking.There are so many things that I could go on to say about this book but even then it would not do it justice. This author has given me a story that reminded me that there is a fine love between love and hate, that love is fragile and while beautiful like a rose it also has thorns and will make you bleed. That is what happened here. My heart hurt and lordy did it bleed. It also reminded me that love takes work and sometimes the risk is worth the fall because even if it isn't guaranteed there is something about it that will imprint into one's DNA. It will change you forever.

This was a rocky road for both of them... both of them making mistakes; some so big that honestly your not sure that they will ever recover from."Romance will never die; it simply changes shape"Forever and Never was jam packed full of so many wonderful things....first love, messy love (because what love story is ever easy), heartbreak, laughs (Thank you Dash & Peggy) & so many swoon-worthy moments.
